Investing since 1992

The group began investing in 1992 to provide a number of elite Middle Eastern organizations, primarily from Gulf Cooperation Counsel member countries, an entrée to U.S. real estate markets. It has successfully managed all facets of investing, owning and divesting of real estate holdings

Since Inception

The group has invested over $400 million in real estate property. The investment portfolios have yielded an internal rate of return in excess of 25%.
